I am a high school teacher. Art has always been my passion but I've never made a career out of it and I wouldn't know how to start. I just paint whenever I have free time, which isn't very often. I've never had formal training and it shows. One of my goals is to go to art school and really learn from the experts.

I paint in watercolors mostly, but I use all sorts of different media if I feel brave. My paintings are all fantasy art; even my landscapes have more to do with my own imagination than any real place.

Summer Work

It's been a pretty long dry spell, but I'm finishing up four good little paintings and I have drawings ready for a few more. I've also finally upgraded to a premium account (I hate spending money). I'll submit the new stuff over the next couple of weeks.

If anybody still hasn't seen UP, you have to. You *have* to. It's beautiful.
